Robert J. Sullivan, Jr.

Mr. Sullivan is the owner of Sullivan and Company, L.L.C., a fifty-year-old family-owned independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in several Mid-Continent states.  He obtained his BBA from University of Notre Dame in 1967 and an MBA from University of Michigan in 1969.  Mr. Sullivan has served or is currently serving on numerous boards of directors for corporate, government and charitable institutions.  He was appointed as Secretary of Energy under Republican Governor Frank Keating and continued to serve under current Democratic Governor Brad Henry until October 2003.  Mr. Sullivan has served on the Board for St. John Health System for 21 years and is currently Chairman of the Board.
