Dr. David Studdert

Dr. Studdert is a Professor of Law and Public Health at Harvard School of Public Health. He is a lawyer and a health researcher who has been doing research on the medical malpractice system for the past ten years. Dr. Studdert was one of the primary authors of the adverse event studies upon which AMRIC’s product was based (The Colorado/Utah Adverse Events Study, 2000). He has testified before the U.S. Senate on the issue of medical malpractice and alternative methods to compensate patients.
