Dr. Allen B. Kachalia

Dr. Kachalia holds degrees in law and medicine. He is an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and practicing internist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He regularly works with Dr. Mello on research projects involving medical errors and patient safety.
